How many devices can be paired with eufy HomeBase Pro？

HomeBase Pro supports up to 34 sensors, 16 Wi-Fi devices, and 4 PoE cameras. To add PoE cameras, connect a PoE switch between your cameras and HomeBase Pro.
Note: Max 4 streams (24/7 recording, live view, event recordings, or AC-powered cameras).

What are the storage specifications for HomeBase Pro?

Built-in Storage: 32GB eMMC (6GB for firmware, 26GB for storage).
Expandable Storage: 3.5'' SATA, up to 16TB (HDD/SSD).
Recommended: WD or Seagate surveillance hard drives.
Note: 2.5'' SSDs require an adapter bracket (recommended model: B0D1TRQDZF).

How does 4G work on my HomeBase Pro?

The 4G Cellular Backup Service includes 400MB of free data upon activation of HomeBase Professional S1. After this runs out, continued use requires additional data purchases; otherwise, the SIM card will be suspended, disabling Internet access.

Is HomeBase Professional S1 compatible with my existing devices?

HomeBase Professional S1 is compatible with most existing eufy Security devices including cameras, sensors, doorbells, and more. Click here to view a full list of supported devices and features.

Can I reconnect the camera to my home Wi‑Fi if the signal is weak or the live stream lags?

Yes. Please make sure your device is updated to the latest firmware and the Multi-Bridge feature is enabled.
