F1: How many devices can be paired to eufy HomeBase™ Pro?

A single eufy HomeBase™ Pro supports up to 34 eufy sensors, 16 eufy Wi-Fi devices (battery cameras/video doorbells), and 4 eufy PoE cameras. To add PoE cameras, purchase a PoE switch and connect it between the PoE cameras and HomeBase™ Pro.

F2: How much storage does HomeBase™ Pro have?

It comes with 32 GB eMMC built-in (6 GB for firmware, 26 GB for storage). Storage can be expanded with a 3.5-inch hard drive (up to 16 TB).

F3: What kind of hard drive can I install on HomeBase™ Pro?

Type: HDD or SSD with SATA interface.

Capacity: Up to 16 TB.

Recommended: Surveillance Hard Drive from Western Digital or Seagate.

Note: For SSD, you will need to a 2.5 to 3.5 SATA hard drive adapter bracket. Recommended model: B0D1TRQDZF.

F4: How does 4G work on my HomeBase™ Pro?
