*Based on 300 seconds of recording time per day. Actual battery life depends on several factors such as the number of times motion is detected, event recording duration, and environmental temperatures.

2. Why doesn't my SoloCam S340 battery stay at 100%?
Power collected by the solar panel depends on the weather and available sunlight. If little energy is collected in a day, the battery level may go down. It can run for up to 3 months on battery and it will be charged once the weather is sunny.
3. How can Solocam S340 be powered?
It can be powered by the built-in rechargeable battery, or by the included solar panel. The solar panel can be installed directly on the camera or nearby connected via cable.
4. What are the battery specs of Solocam S340?
It is a built-in, non-removable, rechargeable, lithium-ion battery.
5. Which HomeBase™ Professional S1 features are SoloCam S340 compatible with?
When connected to HomeBase™ Professional S1, SoloCam S340 will be able to utilize the storage** capacity of HomeBase™ Professional S1 and the AI will be enhanced with BionicMind™, enabling familiar faces, human recognition, vehicle detection, and pet detection.

No. Battery cameras aren't currently capable of 24/7 recording, even if connected to HomeBase™ Professional S1.
9. What is the detection range of SoloCam S340 during the day and at night?
The detection range is directly affected by the sensitivity setting. When using the default sensitivity level of 4, the triggering distance is 20 – 26 ft (6 – 8 m) during the day and 13 – 20 ft (4 – 6 m) meters at night.
10. How can I schedule the security modes of SoloCam S340?
Click the '+' icon in schedule settings. 3 custom schedule modes may be set. A disarmed mode may also be set.

HomeBase Pro supports up to 34 sensors, 16 Wi-Fi devices, and 4 PoE cameras. To add PoE cameras, connect a PoE switch between cameras and HomeBase Pro.<br>Note: Max 4 streams (24/7 recording, live view, event recordings, or AC-powered cameras).

It comes with 32 GB eMMC built-in (6 GB for firmware, 26 GB for storage). Storage can be expanded with a 3.5-inch hard drive (up to 16 TB).

Type: Hard disk drive (HDD) or solid-state drive (SSD) that use the SATA interface.
Capacity: Up to 16 TB.

4. How does 4G work on my HomeBase Pro?
The 4G Cellular Backup Service includes 400 MB of free data upon activation of HomeBase Professional S1. After depletion, continued use requires additional data purchases; otherwise, the SIM card will be suspended, disabling Internet access.
5. What is the difference between HomeBase Professional and HomeBase 3?
HomeBase Pro supports PoE cameras, HDMI, 3.5 HDD, 4G LTE, 96Wh battery, 4 GB RAM, 32 GB eMMC, 6 TOPS NPU, smart AI search,24 hr backup during outages, and an AI card slot. HomeBase 3 does not support these features.
