FAQ
Who is the E20 best for?
The E20 is ideal if you want to try heated, hands-free pumping without spending a lot, or you want a simple second pump to grab on busy days. It heats up in 30 seconds, is light enough to wear all day, and covers the essentials. If you want more control over warmth and rhythm, or a charging case for all-day power, the S1 or S1 Pro might suit you better.
What's the difference between the E20 and the S1?
Both are heated wearable pumps. The E20 is the simpler, more affordable choice — it heats up faster (30 seconds) and keeps things easy, with 3 heat settings and the core features you need. The S1 gives you more control: 7 heat settings, 7 suction levels and app-controlled custom rhythms. If you want the simplest, quickest start, go for the E20. If you'd like to fine-tune warmth and rhythm, the S1 is worth the step up.
Why can't I feel much suction?
Breast pump suction is limited to 40 kPa by international standards to protect breasts and capillaries, so the suction may feel soft. If you're using a new pump, check it's working properly and you've set the right mode for optimal performance.
How can I ensure the heating function works properly on E20?
E20 offers 3 heat levels. Make sure the heating pins are fully extended, the pump hub is secured, and there's no gap between the hub and diaphragm. Press the heat button. A solid orange light means heating is on. If it flashes, repeat the steps.
