How do I use the NVR to monitor my cameras?

How many real-time streams can the NVR support? How many channels of real-time flow does the Bullet-PTZ Camera occupy?
The NVR supports up to 16 channels. The Bullet-PTZ camera occupies 2 real-time streams/channels, so up to 8 Bullet-PTZ cameras can be connected at once. This can be expanded up to 16 with a PoE switch (not included).
How much storage space does the NVR have, and how many drive bays are there?
The NVR comes with a 3.5-inch drive bay. A 2TB mechanical hard drive is pre-installed, and you can upgrade this to a larger drive for up to 16TB of storage.
Are eufyCam, SoloCam, eufy Video Doorbell, and eufy Sensor supported?
eufy Wi-Fi Module (T8709, scheduled to launch soon) is required for compatibility with wireless cameras, doorbells, and sensors.
How do I update the NVR's firmware?
Automatic: Connect to the eufy app so your NVR updates automatically.
Online: Ensure your NVR is online then go to Settings > Firmware Update > Check for Updates.
USB: Download the new firmware file from the eufy site and connect via USB to update.
