The NVR supports up to 16 channels. The Bullet-PTZ Cam E50 occupies 2 real-time streams, and up to 8 Bullet-PTZ Cams can be connected.
How much storage space does the NVR have, and how many drive bays are there?
The NVR is equipped with a 3.5-inch hard drive bay, and you can upgrade the hard drive to a maximum storage capacity of 16TB based on your actual usage.
Does the eufy NVR system support PoE cameras from other brands? Are eufyCam, SoloCam, eufy Video Doorbell, and Entry Sensor supported?
Now, we do not support PoE cameras from other brands at this time. eufy Wi-Fi Module (T8709) is required for compatibility with wireless cameras, doorbells, and sensors.
How do I update eufy PoE Cam's firmware?
Automatic Update: Connect the NVR to the eufy app for auto updates.
Manual Update: Ensure NVR is online. Go to Equipment > Select Camera > Settings > Check for Updates.
USB Update: Download the firmware file from service.eufy.com to update.
