Anyone over the age of 13 in the EU (or the age required by local law) can join the program.

F3: What kind of hard drive can I install on HomeBase Pro?

Type: HDD or SSD with SATA interface.

Capacity: Up to 16 TB.

Recommended: Surveillance Hard Drive from Western Digital or Seagate.

Note: For SSD, you will need to a 2.5 to 3.5 SATA hard drive adapter bracket. Recommended model: B0D1TRQDZF.

Earning eufyCredits

F1: Where can I earn eufyCredits?

eufyCredits are only available at eufy.com. To earn eufyCredits, you must be logged into your eufy account at the time of purchase (and be enrolled in the eufyCredits Rewards program) or participate in other activities that qualify you to receive eufyCredits.

F2: When will I receive my eufyCredits?

Your eufyCredits will be credited to your account 30 days after the payment of your order is successful.

F3: What should I do if I believe my eufyCredits were not properly credited to my account?

F4: Do eufyCredits have an expiration date?

Yes. eufyCredits earned after the launch date will expire one year after they are unlocked. Expired eufyCredits will be deducted from your account.

No, eufyCredits can only be obtained by making purchases after signing up for the eufyCredits reward program.

Registering and activating your account for a one-time reward.

No, eufyCredits are not earned for shipping charges or taxes.

If you return a product or cancel an order, the eufyCredits earned from that purchase will be reversed or decreased. eufyCredits will also be deducted for partial refunds due to price adjustments.

Redeeming eufyCredits

F1: How can I redeem my eufyCredits for products?

To redeem your eufyCredits, log in to your account and go to the "Redeem eufyCredits Rewards" section. Select the product you want and click on "Redeem Now," then fill in the shipping details and submit your request.

F2: How can I track my redeemed products?

a. Check the order number of your redeemed products in the "My Rewards" section. Click on the order number to go to "My Account" page and track the delivery status of your parcel.

b. You will receive an order confirmation email after redemption. Once the redeemed product ships out, you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number.

F3: Do I need to pay for shipping on redeemed products?

In most cases, we offer free shipping for redeemed products. However, there may be certain products for which you need to pay shipping fees.

F4: Can I cancel, return, or exchange redeemed products?
