1. Eligibility

1.1 This promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland with a valid Irish address, aged 18 or over.
1.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agencies, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
1.3 Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.

2. How to Enter

2.1 To enter, post your doorbell or security-camera Halloween moment to your public Instagram feed or Reels between 23 October 2026 and 11:59 PM on 31 October 2026.
2.2 Tag @anker_ie and use the hashtag #SpottedOnCamera in your post.
2.3 Entries must be your own original content. Footage must be from your camera on your property.
2.4 If identifiable people appear in your entry (especially children under 16), you confirm you have obtained their explicit consent (or parental/guardian consent for children) before submitting. You must be able to evidence such consent upon the Promoter's request. The Promoter will not repost any entry containing identifiable third parties unless such consent can be evidenced. Entries containing identifiable children under 16 without verifiable parental consent will be disqualified.
2.5 One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

3. Winner Selection

3.1 Three (3) winners will be selected by a judging panel consisting of three (3) members of the Anker eufy IE marketing team.
3.2 Entries will be scored by the judging panel on a 1-10 scale across the following three criteria. The final score is the weighted sum of the three criteria (maximum total score: 10.0):

The three (3) highest-scoring entries will be selected as winners.
3.3 In the event of a tie, the panel Chair shall have a casting vote.
3.4 Judging will take place on 4 November 2026. The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. Prize

4.1 Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) eufy Indoor Camera T8W11 (RRP €159.99, manufacturer's recommended retail price as at October 2026).
4.2 Total prize pool: €479.97.
4.3 Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
4.4 Prizes ship to a valid Irish address only.
4.5 Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and announced by Story on @anker_ie by 6 November 2026.
4.6 Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited, and the Promoter may select an alternative winner.

5. Content Licence

5.1 By entering, you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost your entry on @anker_ie and other Anker-owned social media channels for promotional purposes relating to this competition, with credit to your Instagram handle. This licence does not extend to use in paid advertising, product packaging, or third-party media without your further consent.
5.2 This licence is effective from the date of entry and continues until you withdraw it in accordance with §5.3.
5.3 To withdraw your licence or request takedown, email ie.mkt.anker@anker.com or DM @anker_ie. We will remove the content within 5 business days of your request.
5.4 Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

6. Data Protection

6.1 The data controller for this promotion is Anker Technology (UK) Ltd., registered at 205 Kings Road, Fairgate House, Suite B, Birmingham, B11 2AA, United Kingdom (the same entity as the Promoter). Contact: DPO@anker.com.
6.2 Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://www.eufy.com/ie/policies/privacy-policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.
6.3 Your personal data (Instagram handle, entry content, and contact details for winners) will be processed on the basis of contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) for the purposes of administering this promotion and awarding prizes. You may object to processing at any time by contacting DPO@anker.com.
6.4 Data retention periods: Winner data (name, address, contact details) will be retained for 12 months after the promotion ends for prize fulfilment and audit purposes, then deleted. Non-winning entrants' data will be deleted within 30 days of the promotion close, except Instagram handles appearing on reposted content, which are retained until you withdraw your licence under §5.2.
6.5 You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data at any time by contacting DPO@anker.com.

7. Platform Disclaimer

7.1 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta or Instagram.
7.2 You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.

8. Liability

8.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to the foregoing, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any event outside its reasonable control affects the administration or security of the promotion.

10. General

10.1 These terms are governed by Irish law, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or engages in fraudulent behaviour.
10.3 In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of the person entering, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorised account holder of the Instagram account used to enter.

Bonus Story Competition

Promotion Period: 23 - 31 October 2026
  1. Tell us the strangest thing your home camera has ever caught in the comments below by 11:59 PM on 31 October 2026.
  2. One (1) winner will be selected by the Anker eufy IE marketing team. Stories will be judged on a 1-10 scale across two criteria: originality (50%) and humour (50%). In the event of a tie, the team lead shall have a casting vote.
  3. Prize: One (1) Anker soundcore Select 4 Go Ultra (RRP €24.99, manufacturer's recommended retail price as at October 2026).
  4. Open to residents of the Republic of Ireland, 18+.
