What is eufy Flex and how does it work?
eufy Flex is a service that lends you one eufy Robot Vacuum for a low monthly price. There are no commitments and you may cancel anytime by returning the product. If your eufy Robot Vacuum breaks or is defective, just let us know and we'll either help you get it working or swap it out for you free of charge.
What’s included with the eufy Flex program?
eufy Flex includes a brand new or like-new eufy Robot Vacuum, and a warranty for as long as you keep your subscription active. Plus, unlimited filter refills are included at no extra cost.
How is eufy Flex different from financing or a rent-to-own program?
eufy Flex is not a financing (i.e. buy-now-pay-later by Affirm, Klarna, etc.) nor a rent-to-own program, so you don’t have to commit to a purchase spread out over a period of time until fully paid off.
What if there’s an issue with my eufy Robot Vacuum? Is there a warranty?
Yes, your eufy Robot Vacuum is covered under warranty for as long as your subscription is active and your payments are current. If your product breaks or is defective, just let us know and we'll either help you get it working or swap it out for you free of charge. In cases of severe damage due to gross negligence or abuse, a damage fee may apply to cover replacement parts, repair labor, or shipping costs.
How do cancellations work?
You can cancel your Fragile subscription at any time through the customer portal. Here’s how the process works:
How to Cancel
- 1. Log in at customers.fragile.co/portal/login.
- 2. On the Home page, select the subscription you want to cancel.
- 3. Click "Cancel Subscription"and follow the prompts.
- 4. Choose your cancellation reason and confirm.
Return Required
After confirming your cancellation, you'll see a "Download return label" button in your portal. Return of the product is required to complete cancellation.
⚠️ Your subscription stays active—and billing may continue—until the item is returned and processed. Be sure to send the device back promptly to avoid additional charges.
Once your return is received and checked in, your subscription will be officially closed.
