Smart Lock C30

I ordered the eufy Smart Lock C30 to replace the builder-grade Schlage smart lock that died on us after about 3 years.We've been without a smart lock for a couple of years because of how expensive they are! When I saw how affordable this was - and it's an actual brand I recognize - I snapped it up.Installation was easy, especially because we already had a smart lock on the door. We simply replaced the existing lock and had no issues with holes. This lock is smaller than our previous lock and in true builder fashion, they didn't paint under the smart lock (so I'll need to do some paint touch up on our door.) I love the simple sleek look of this eufy lock. The matte black is so streamlined and could go with many styles (we lean modern.)The use is great. You simply type in the code and then push the shield button to unlock. To lock, all you need to do is push the shield button.This is such a convenient upgrade for your house and for under $100, it's a great, easy to install addition!

This is my second smart lock in less than a year. My first smart lock was more expensive, but did not have a tactile keyboard (like this one), which made it almost impossible to get the right combo in. Your fingers would accidentally hover over another number too closely, and the keypad would pick it up. Enter this keypad from eufy; the tactile keys make everything SO MUCH EASIER! No longer have to worry about hovering over another number too closely, as everything has a button and you have to actually push down on the button to get a response. Plus, there is no annoying gateway required (also amazing!!), and it uses a physical key still. What is not to love about this lock?I would highly recommend skipping other fancier models, and go with this one. It has everything you need, was super easy to set up (took less than ten minutes total), and works flawlessly. In the six months I had my last lock, I'd get at least 1-2 malfunctions a day. This lock has yet to malfunction in the first week I've used it. I see us getting a lot of use out of this lock.GET THIS ONE!!!

I had a very old combination lock on my garage side door. The old one would go through batteries so fast and did not have all the options the new locks have. I already have other products from Eufy, and I like that they are owned by a German company. The Eufy lock was very easy to install and set up. Once it is installed the manual tells you to scan the bar code in the battery area in order to complete setup. I already had the Eufy app installed from my home base and doorbell, which made this part a breeze. The app connected to the lock with bluetooth, then ran a firmware update on the lock. After that, it asked me to set up wifi and that went well. After connecting to wifi, I was able to see this lock through the Eufy app and I can tell if the door is locked remotely. It can also notify you when it is either locked and/or unlocked, as well as configure a schedule to lock the door if you forget to lock it. It works really well and is much faster unlocking the door than my old lock. I like the ability to see the status of the lock from a remote location (including locking and unlocking remotely) and the automation features. I highly recommend it.

Instillation, and ease of use is why I wanted the Eufy Smart lock. This lock is so simple to install and the app is user friendly. I love the access to lock and on lock remotely. This is an amazing product and I am looking forward to may years of use!

I've bought 4 Eufy smart locks. This is the 5th one. It seems be a cheaper version of C210, which I have 4 of them. The only difference is the keypad. This one in my opinion looks and works better than C210. It's cleaner and smaller. Everything else looks same. Functionality wise, it's more responsive. For example, you don't need to hold the lock button for 3 seconds to lock. This may well be a software improvement. Overall, it is a great keypad lock with built-in wifi for its price. I have slightly better product, but they are 2-3x of the price.The software could be better, for example, I can't specify a starting time for a scheduled code (only date). The battery life is way worse than the other product I've been using, This is based on my experience on C210. I assume this model would have the same issue.I wish there are other color options. I really want this for my garage side door.
