It can connect to an existing doorbell wiring system requiring 16–24 VAC (30 VA recommended). To enable 24/7 recording, the existing system must be bypassed using the included jumper. It also includes two battery packs for backup power and supports solar power (solar panel sold separately).

Is the Video Doorbell S4 compatible with my smart home ecosystem?

It is compatible with eufy HomeBase 3 and the E10 Smart Display, and supports the Chime feature when connected to HomeBase 2. It works with Alexa and Google Assistant, and supports Apple HomeKit when connected to HomeBase 3.

Will my internet connection support 3K streaming?
