Can't connect to the lock after touching the keypad

When power-saving mode is enabled, the Wi-Fi connection will be disconnected, and you will be unable to remotely control or configure the lock via the app.

In this case:

You can wake the lock by touching the keypad to control or configure it.

If the lock remains unresponsive after touching the keypad:

1.Check if the device’s battery is depleted.

If the keypad backlight does not activate after manual touch, the lock may have shut down due to depleted battery.

2.Check your home network.

If the network is unstable, the lock cannot re-establish Wi-Fi connectivity.
