A refurbished robot is a pre-owned device professionally restored to full working condition. Each unit is carefully inspected, tested, and repaired by experts to ensure it performs like new. It may show minor cosmetic wear, such as light scratches, but this does not affect performance. All included accessories are new or in perfect condition.
What warranty is provided for refurbished robots, and how can I use it?
Refurbished robots include a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects (excluding misuse or accidental damage). If you encounter any covered issues within 3 months, please contact our support team with your order information for assistance.
Is lifetime support available?
Yes, we offer free lifetime technical support for all refurbished robots. This includes software updates, troubleshooting, and product guidance, even after the warranty period ends.
Are accessories included?
Yes, all essential accessories (charging base, brushes, filter) are included. Accessories are either new or unused and fully functional.
What are the benefits of buying refurbished?

What should I expect to receive with my purchase, and in what condition?
All refurbished products will come with accessories that may not be original, but are guaranteed to be compatible and fully functional. Products will be packaged in original packaging or a brand-new cardboard box. Each product is thoroughly cleaned and inspected and has minimal to no signs of wear or visible cosmetic imperfections when held at arm’s length. Every unit comes with batteries that exceed 80% capacity, making it as good as new.
What if I’m not completely satisfied with my purchase?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. But if you aren’t happy with what you get, you are eligible for a replacement (or a refund within 90 days with the Renewed Guarantee receipt).
