Solid, Full-Featured Security System

This system really feels complete right out of the box. The equipment is solid and well-made, with everything you need for installation included. I like that it has its own built-in video storage (2TB) so there’s no need for a cloud subscription, and the cameras are impressive—sharp image quality, smooth PTZ movement, and great coverage. The AI tracking and smart search features make it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for without scrubbing through hours of footage. Overall, a very nice, professional-level system that inspires confidence.

Eufy knocks it out of the park again.

Whenever someone talks about getting a security video system, I always recommend Eufy, unless they want something local and secure. Well, no Eufy has entered the NVR/POE game. And it doesn't disappoint. The cameras are kind of bulky and unappealing but how else are you going to get a bullet camera and PTZ camera all in one? I love that the mount allows you to position the bullet just right and then the PTZ you can fully control without affecting the bullet positioning. Setup is a bear just like any non-wireless system. However, being POE, it does make things a little easier. You will still need to run wires. Image quality is great. As well as night vision. I haven't experimented too much with the tracking but what a great feature to have. The cameras are kind of talking to each other and as motion is being captured on one cam, a nearby cam is waiting for a subject to enter it's view. Which may mean the camera being smart enough to rotate into the proper position. As always, I'm impressed Eufy. And no need to worry about internet security as you can make it a closed local system. Of course if you want remote access, you will have to link up to the internet. Everything works really well so far though.

Great system for the money

Wonderful product, very well designed, UI could some tweaking for functionality but it’s still great!!!!!!

Solid system with smooth setup and smart tracking

I bought the eufy S4 Max camera system mainly for its smart tracking and high video quality. Setup was easier than I expected thanks to the PoE connection, which handles both power and video through one cable. Within minutes, the cameras were up and running with clear image quality.What stands out most to me so far is the automatic tracking with zoom. The cameras are able to follow moving subjects fairly well, and switching between cameras during cross-cam tracking is smooth. The app is also user-friendly and makes it easy to set up custom alert zones.Both the wide-angle and PTZ lenses deliver solid image quality, even at night. I’ve also been using the smart video search feature a lot—it really helps avoid having to scroll through hours of footage. The built-in 2 TB hard drive supports 24/7 recording and has performed reliably so far.Overall, the system is meeting my expectations. The ability to expand to 16 channels gives me peace of mind for future use, and the three-year support from eufy was a key reason I chose this model. A nice product with affordable price

Great system

Great system. It was pretty easyto setup since I alreadyhad cables run from my last system. Image is clear and the auto tracking works great.
