Bought S330 doorbell. Some delay in ability to respond timely due to lag but apart from that there’s good coverage and clear vision and videos from the cameras.

Instant regret in buying this for my elderly parents. The lag is ridiculous. Anybody at the door long gone before the notification comes through. Bought because of the no subscription but I won’t be changing my Ring doorbell anytime soon. Honestly not fit for purpose

Connection lag

Delay between motion detected and alert on my elderly father’s phone is ridiculous. Literally makes the doorbell not fit for purpose since person long gone before he even knows they were there.
No subscription might be a great selling point but I personally won’t me changing my Ring doorbell anytime soon.

Unable to connect doorbell

Bought S330 doorbell 2 weeks ago. Connected Homebase 2 successfully. Tried to connect doorbell numerous times. No success. Tried UK helpline. No free spaces in the queue!! Am rapidly losing patience. Considering packing whole system up and returning for a refund. Abysmal customer service!!!!!
