1. What is Cloud Backup service?
Cloud Backup is a paid subscription service designed to meet the data storage needs of users. Once you subscribe, your data will be encrypted and stored on Amazon's cloud servers.
2. How soon does the service take effect after purchase, and how long is it valid?
The Cloud Backup service is effective immediately after purchase, and the duration corresponds to your subscription plan. It will automatically renew before the end of the current period, at which point your credit card will be charged for the next cycle.
3. Does this service support multiple devices?
To cover multiple devices, please select a service package that includes multi-device support. Repeatedly purchasing the same package will extend service only for the original device, not for additional ones.
4. How do I set up this service after purchase?
After purchasing Cloud Backup, download the eufy Security app, register, and log in. Locate and configure the service you subscribed to within the app. Note: Configuration through the eufy official website is not supported.
5. Why can't I find the subscribed service in the eufy Security app after purchasing Cloud Backup and logging in?
Ensure you register your eufy account with the email address used at the time of purchase. Logging in with a different email will prevent you from accessing the service.
