eufy provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. Products sold by eufy as refurbished (“pre-owned”) come with their own unique warranty that you can find on the product listing or contact us at support@eufy.com with your order receipt for confirmation.
This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

The return and warranty policy outlined on this page applies exclusively to purchases made directly through online shops operated by eufy. If you havepurchased our products through a third party, the return and warranty terms may differ. The policy may also vary depending on the country of purchase due to different legal requirements and other considerations.
Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase, excluding Corporate purchases/bulk orders, which may not be refundable. (Note: Orders of 10 or more units of the same product are considered bulk orders.) Once the returned item arrives back in eufy’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

● Items must include original packaging. Except for breast pumps, see FAQ at product listings for details of specific return policy for breast pumps
● For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
● For non-quality related warranty claims, eufy refunds the cost of the product itself
● Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements
Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through eufy’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by eufy or eufy’s authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
eufy’s limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.
Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through eufy’s authorized distributors and retailers are handled through eufy.
For quality-related warranty claims, eufy will provide one or several of the following solutions, at eufy's sole discretion:
assess the product type
provide replacement parts
exchange the Product with a factory-refurbished unit if it's available
provide a brand-new unit
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
How to return an item at eufy.com?
To initiate a return, you will need to submit a return request. Please have your order number and the email address used for the purchase ready. You can start your return here.
If you have an eufy account, you can manage returns directly through your order history. Guests who do not have an order number can register for an account using the email address associated with the purchase. This allows you to access your order history and manage returns.

eufy guarantees to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") that each eufy PoE NVR product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use during the warranty period, provided:
The product is purchased from eufy or authorized sellers*
Follow official documentation guidelines
The product has been installed at the original installation address and is being used as expected.
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit or exclude, any statutory rights you may have under applicable Australian Consumer Law. 2. Warranty Service Measures
If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the warranty period, eufy will, at its sole option:
Repair the defective product with new or refurbished parts of equivalent functionality; or
Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product of equivalent functionality.
Any part or Product replaced under this warranty becomes the property of eufy.
Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period.
Claim Requirements
This process ensures efficient validation of your claim while complying with warranty terms. The combination of purchase proof, defect evidence, and optional return inspection protects both buyers and eufy’s quality standards.
Proof of Purchase & Product Identification
Valid purchase receipt/invoice (clearly showing purchase date and product model).
Serial number of the defective item (must match the product in question).

Visible proof of the defect: Submit photos/videos clearly demonstrating the issue.
Log file submission: Provide detailed troubleshooting logs generated during issue replication.

Incomplete documentation may delay claim processing. Failure to provide the required documentation may delay or void your claim.

Not Covered by Warranty
Physical Components
Normal wear/deterioration that does not affect functionality (e.g., scratches, paint fading, shell deformation, rust)
Damage from misuse/abuse (impact, water exposure, improper storage)
Usage Conditions
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Weather-related exterior degradation

Functional impacts from software/app updates
Issues caused by third-party accessories

eufy is not liable for:
Loss of data, including data stored on the hard disk, that may occur during the use or repair of the Product. We strongly recommend backing up all data before submitting the Product for service.
Returning personal items sent to eufy.
Warranty Applicable Exclusively to eufy Smart Lock Products
eufy Smart Lock products are covered by the following warranty periods starting from the date of purchase:

Mechanical Limited Warranty
eufy guarantees to the original residential purchaser (“Purchaser”) that each eufy Smart Lock product will be free from mechanical defects under regular use, starting from the date of purchase and for as long as the Purchaser resides in the residential premises where the product was initially installed (“Warranty Period”).
This Mechanical Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased from eufy or eufy-authorized sellers unless otherwise required by law.

Electronic Limited Warranty
eufy guarantees to the Purchaser that each eufy Smart Lock product will be free from electronic defects under regular use for 18 months from the date of purchase provided the Purchaser continues to reside in the residential premises where the product was initially installed (“Warranty Period”).
This Electronic Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased from eufy or eufy-authorized sellers unless otherwise required by law.
Covered Electronic Issues:
Software malfunctions that cannot be resolved through settings adjustments or firmware updates.
Limited Warranty for eufy Robot Lawn Mower Products
eufy robot lawn mower products are covered by the following warranty periods starting from the date of purchase:

Warranty Applicable Exclusively to Breast Pump Products
Warranty:
eufy provides a 24-month warranty for non-washable parts (such as the pump hub and charging case) and a 3-month warranty for accessories and any washable components (including the diaphragm, milk container, flange, duckbill valve, sizing inserts, dust covers, cleaning brush, and storage bag). Additionally, any extra eufy Wearable Breast Pump accessories you purchase also come with a 3-month warranty.
Note:
The washable parts of the eufy breast pump have an estimated life of 1-3 months, although the actual lifespan may vary depending on usage and sterilization frequency. If you notice a decrease in suction or performance (especially with the duckbill valve), or if you’ve stored these parts for an extended period while planning to use them for your next child, it’s advisable to replace them.
The warranty for the eufy breast pump is limited to the original end-user purchaser. However, please note the following conditions:
1. Coverage:
The warranty covers defects related to non-washable parts (such as the pump hub and charging case) for 24 months.
Accessories and washable components (including the diaphragm, milk container, flange, duckbill valve, sizing inserts, dust covers, cleaning brush, and storage bag) are covered for 3 months.
Any additional eufy Wearable Breast Pump accessories you purchase also come with a 3-month warranty.
2. Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration or damage resulting from general wear and tear, physical or natural destruction, accidents, misuse, neglect, alterations to the product, or other external causes.
The eufy breast pump is designed for single-user use. Using it by more than one person may pose a health risk and void the warranty.
3. Returns:
If you decide to return the eufy breast pump, it must be within 30 days of purchase.
The product must be new, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the manufacturer’s factory seal intact.
4. Warranty Claims:
Any warranty claims require reasonable evidence, including the order receipt.
eufy reserves the right to conduct a reasonable investigation to determine the cause of any defects.
Process:
● Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
● eufy must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
● The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
● It may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection
Valid proof of purchase:
● Order number from online purchases made through eufy or eufy’s authorized resellers
● Sales invoice
● Dated sales receipt from an authorized eufy reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price
Please note more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).
Warranty claims for product defects expire 90 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty timeframe or 90-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.
Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:
● Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
● Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
● Buyer’s accidental returns
● Returning personal items
● Returning items claimed to have defects but found by eufy quality control to be in working condition
● Returning defective items in international shipping
● Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
Not Covered Under Warranty:
● Products without sufficient proof of purchase
● Lost or stolen products
● Items that have expired their warranty period
● Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
● Free products
● Repairs through 3rd parties
● Damage from outside sources
● Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
● Purchases from illegitimate resource
eufy is not liable for:
● Loss of data incurred from use of eufy products
● Returning personal items sent to eufy
When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by eufy, eufy takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. eufy does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.
Note: For eufy products, the hardware warranty period extends for at least 12 months from the purchase date, while we provide software upgrade service extends for two years from the purchase date.
