1. What is the eufyCredits Rewards program?

The eufyCredits Rewards program allows customers to earn eufyCredits on eufy.com (excluding third-party retailers like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) that can be redeemed for rewards and member benefits as a thank-you for their loyalty.

2. Who is eligible to join the eufyCredits Rewards program?

Anyone over the age of 13 in the EU or over the age of 14 in the US (or the age required by local law) can join the program.

3. How do I participate in the eufyCredits Rewards program?

If you already have an account on eufy.com and have completed email activation, you are already participating in the program. Simply log in to your account!

If you don't have an account, please register for an eufyCredits account and complete your email registration to start earning rewards.

Note: To earn eufyCredits, you must be registered for the eufyCredits Rewards Program, and you need to complete email activation in the "User Personal Center".

4. Is there a fee to join the eufyCredits Rewards Program?

No, the rewards program is free to join.

5. Do my rewards, benefits, and eufyCredits have any cash value?

No, rewards, benefits, and eufyCredits earned through the loyalty program have no cash value and cannot be transferred to others.

6. Can I merge two different eufy accounts?

No, eufyCredits earned on different accounts cannot be combined or aggregated for any reason.

7. Where can I find my redeemable eufyCredits?

8. Who qualifies for priority shipping？

Registered members have access to exclusive perks. These bonuses include same-day shipping on orders placed before 01:00 PM PT on business days. Without this perk, orders will be shipped on the next business day.

Earning eufyCredits

1. Where can I earn eufyCredits?

eufyCredits are only available at eufy.com. To earn eufyCredits, you must be logged into your eufy account at the time of purchase (and be enrolled in the eufyCredits Rewards program) or participate in other activites that qualify you to receive eufyCredits.

2. When will I receive my eufyCredits?

Your eufyCredits will be credited to your account 30 days after the payment of your order is successful.

3. What should I do if I believe my eufyCredits were not properly credited to my account?

If you have questions about your membership account, please contact eufy Customer Service at support@eufy.com.

4. Do eufyCredits have an expiration date?

Yes. eufyCredits earned after the launch date will expire one year after they are unlocked. Expired eufyCredits will be deducted from your account.

5. Can I earn eufyCredits for previous transactions made before the launch of the eufyCredits Rewards Program?

No, eufyCredits can only be obtained by making purchases after signing up for the eufyCredits reward program.

Note: eufyCredits Rewards Program was launched on October 10th, 2023, and points cannot be earned for transactions made before this date.

6. How can I earn eufyCredits?

You can earn eufyCredits by:

Registering and activating your account for a one-time reward.
Completing your profile. The first time you fill in your name, phone number, and date of birth, you will receive a one-time reward.
Purchasing qualifying products on eufy.com.

7. Can shipping or tax fees earn eufyCredits?

No, eufyCredits are not earned for shipping charges or taxes.

8. Can I earn eufyCredits on discounted or gift card purchases?

No, eufyCredits are not earned on discounts or credits offered in connection with a product or service.

9. What happens to my eufyCredits if I return a product or cancel an order?

If you return a product or cancel an order, the eufyCredits earned from that purchase will be reversed or decreased. eufyCredits will also be deducted for partial refunds due to price adjustments.

Redeeming eufyCredits

1. How can I redeem my eufyCredits for products?

To redeem your eufyCredits, log in to your account and go to the "Redeem eufyCredits Rewards" section. Select the product you want and click on "Redeem Now," then fill in the shipping details and submit your request.

2. How can I track my redeemed products?

a. Check the order number of your redeemed products in the "My Rewards" section. Click on the order number to go to "My Account" page and track the delivery status of your parcel.

b. You will receive an order confirmation email after redemption. Once the redeemed product ships out, you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number.

3. Do I need to pay for shipping on redeemed products?

In most cases, we offer free shipping for redeemed products. However, there may be certain products for which you need to pay shipping fees.

4. Can I cancel, return, or exchange redeemed products?

No, once you confirm your redemption, you cannot cancel, return, or exchange the product. Please double-check before confirming the redemption. Contact eufy Customer Service at support@eufy.com within 7 days if the products arrive damaged.

5. Can redeemed products be shipped with products I purchased from eufy?

No. Redeemed products will be shipped separately.

6. Can I choose the shipping date for redeemed products?

No, the redeemed product will be shipped out as soon as you confirm the redemption.
