The two built-in cameras work together more intelligently than separate devices, providing both a full view and a detailed close-up from a single installation. Auto-tracking begins with either camera, then PTZ zooms in and follows the action. Tap in the app to instantly move the PTZ to a point on the bullet cam's view.

The fixed camera detects motion and triggers the PTZ to rotate and zoom using AI tracking. If the bullet and PTZ angles differ, tracking handoff may be slower. For faster response, point the PTZ toward your key area for quicker detection.

The camera can be connected to direct power (requires a 5V/2A+ or higher power adapter) for 24/7 recording. When connected to HomeBase 3 (version xxx and above), external hard drive storage is required. To use it alone, a microSD card is required.

Orientation and tilt angle are key. Face the panel toward the equator (e.g., south in the Northern Hemisphere), place it in a shadow-free spot, and set a 30°–45° tilt based on your latitude—flatter in summer, steeper in winter for maximum charging.

The preset position feature lets you save specific camera angles and set one as the default position. With one tap, the camera moves quickly to any saved spot, making it easy to monitor key areas.

It works as a standalone device (connected directly to your router) or with HomeBase S380 for more features.HomeBase 2 , Homebase mini, Homebase Professional, eufy NVR and Apple HomeKit are not currently supported.

It supports dynamic privacy zones, keeping designated areas masked during PTZ movement. All footage is stored locally with advanced encryption, ensuring continuous privacy protection and secure data storage.

Fusion Link acts as an expansion port for future eufy accessories, including support for long-range image transmission and more.Note: HomeBase S380 is required for Fusion Link.
